I ordered 2 Nomination charms from Grace and Co, online, for birthday presents. One was “sister” and another “auntie”. Delivery time wasn’t bad at all, however, they sent the wrong charm. I received sister and friend. These were put in one small Nomination fold up box, bearing in mind it was 2 separate gifts, there was no bag, which normally you receive and the guarantee wasn’t completed. I called the branch and spoke to the manager, explained the situation, but like a previous comment, I had to return the item and pay for packaging and postal and send in the receipt and wait for it to be processed, the item to be received, before they’ll issue a refund, for their mistake. I did ask who checked the order before being sent out, and he said two people check and when I asked if the people could be traced, he said it could have been himself that picked and packaged the order. I understand mistakes happen, however the way this has been dealt with hasn’t been satisfactory. I would have requested an exchange but I am against time with it being for a birthday and with the service I have received, I’d rather go elsewhere, a little bit more professional.
