Nothing to add that others haven’t already said. After numerous emails, and offers to give me a reduced price on future orders or a discount on this one - They did agree to give me a refund if I sent the items back - TO CHINA (despite appearing that the shop is in NYC) and they “strongly encourage” paying extra for tracking to ensure it got there. I’m in the process of having my credit card company pursue them.
