The company refuses to issue a refund for my item, even before it ships. They wait until after shipping to respond to my email, stating that a refund isn’t possible. When I requested a full refund instead of store credit, they suggested I leave a 5-star review to make up for their loss. This seems like a scam! The product also looks cheap and doesn’t match the advertisements.
