If there were an option for negative stars, I would use it. I waited over a month for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong item. I reached out to the company for a quick resolution, but they informed me the item I ordered was out of stock. They offered a partial refund or store credit, neither of which works for me. They refuse to give a full refund for sending the wrong item. After a week of no solution, I contacted a payment service, and they offered a full refund only if I pay to return the incorrect item. It should not cost me anything to get my refund. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and the product I received looks very cheap. Do not purchase from this company!
