I placed an order for three advent calendars in September 2025, but they only shipped at the end of October, after the return window had closed. I gave them to my children, and we began opening them in December. Firstly, all three calendars were advertised as having 3-D models, but what I received were just images printed on flimsy plastic. The World War II aircraft depicted are indeed the correct planes. However, the "Godzilla" calendar featured knock-off images that weren't actually Godzilla, and the pictures were already starting to peel off the plastic. As for my World War II Tank calendar, none of the twenty-four items were tanks; instead, they included unrelated military vehicles like submarines, ships, and jets. Not a single correct item was included. I reached out to the company for a refund on these unsatisfactory products. Their initial response provided three options: 1. Product replacement - No thanks. 2. A 20% refund - Unacceptable. 3. A $60 voucher for future purchases - I won't shop there again. I declined all three and reiterated my request for a full refund. They then offered a 35% refund, which I found unacceptable. I informed them that if I didn't receive a full refund, I would leave a review on a public platform, report them to the relevant authorities for fraud, and dispute the charge with my credit card. I also mentioned I would contact the copyright holder regarding infringement. Eventually, I accepted a 45% refund. After a week of back-and-forth emails, this company is not worth my time anymore. They showed little concern about the negative review or the potential legal actions, so I will proceed with those.
