Unfortunately I had to give only 2 stars. I purchased a bag from them I like a lot. When I received my bag it had strings hanging from the stitching. The picture on the website did not have loose strings coming out at the seams. A few months later because the other bag was a bit big I got another bag and it was not like the picture. I wanted to return it. They suggested I order another bag and they give a discount. They wanted me to avoid shipping back due to custom cost. I told them the bag I wanted and they quoted the same price of the bag. No discount. So I wanted to ship it back and they offered 15% back of the price I paid. I’ve emailed several times and no response. This is not how you do business. Not sure why I’m being ignored but I definitely will not purchase another bag. Nor will I recommend them to anyone. Not honoring your own suggestion is disappointing. Customer service is not customer friendly.
