Same story as everyone else. Got conned by retirement story but they are still operating 1 year later! A part continuously unscrews and then the strap falls off, since receiving the bag. Last time I lost it though so reached out for a spare part and after immediate response, they have gone radio silent.Agree with other comments. Thin straps, poor quality, looks different on their website, and obviously a con because they are not retiring!
Appear to now be operating Berkleather.com. Same exact website and purses, same return policy. It would cost approx a hundred dollars to return item to China. I ordered my purses from Graces. Pieces of crap. Faux leather, lousy finishing touches. Crappy customer service, shall I go on?My credit card company backed me on this. Would have been out a lot of money otherwise.
This is a complete con with poor quality bags from China. It has reappeared as Berk Bags, same story about retirement etc. but it's not a story with a happy ending for anyone who believes they will get a quality bag. The 4 or 5 star comments are almost certainly fraudulent just like Grace and her chums. Avoid or be prepared to be disappointed.
The purse is pretty, but the straps are thin, and the material is cheap. Not long after purchasing it, a strap broke. I took it to the repair shop. The next day another strap broke. I’m stuck with an overpriced, broken purse that I cannot use because I do not want to have it repaired again. Do NOT buy any of their products. Their commercials looked so nice, and they said they were having a going-out-of-business sale. Shame on them for lies, and shame on me for not investigating it further before buying.
