Garment I ordered looked absolutely amazing £45 no email or text to say order confirmation no contact information whatsoever it arrived in a plastic bag similar to a temu purchase quality was appalling I could have cried. Take money and you have to get searching for the company return policy says returned item has to be an unopened bag??? Shameful service I dare not send it back incase it costs more money and I don’t get my money back. Think I will go to the ombudsman
