Do not use this company it is a scam. It isn’t a London company. I am still waiting for delivery since 19th January . The tracking is still saying it is on its way. It is coming from China!!! I bought a dress in “their anniversary sale”. In the reruns section it states you cannot return anything in the anniversary sale!!!
This company is a sham. Do not be fooled by the two nice lady’s advertising their products. My items need to be returned to China! The postage will be a lot. They call themselves Grace and Sophia London? They give a Netherlands address? Is there any protection for consumers who make the mistake of making a purchase through this dishonest company? Would really appreciate some advice.
Item arrived after a couple of weeks and was of poor quality. This company presents as a London based uk company but when looking at item returns is based in China! You can only return items when you get a reply from their customer service team who do not reply and it appears that you are liable for all transport/postage charges. None of this information was visible on ordering. It seems that they are scamming people.Ordered a dress for my mother’s funeral from them and feel very disappointed to have been duped.
If I could give no stars I would. This company sell cheap tatty goods at extortionate prices. I have finally recieved my order after chasing it up for the last two weeks. It is terrible quality nowhere near a £50 item, that was supposedly reduced from £100. It says it is London based, but it is based in China. The goods are of very inferior quality and you have to return the goods to China with a minimum cost of £14.99, but could be more!
