I am a designer that submits designs for Zazzle's items for sale. I have to say that Zazzle is the fairest company to deal with in the 'Print on Demand' (POD) market. They are a pleasure to work with and immediately attend to any issues of concern on both parts. I would definitely recommend Zazzle if you are thinking about a side line business in POD.
I ordered a wedding guest book for a bride, I had misspelt one of the words in the back page and after lodging a query about getting a refund/replacement they had contacted me within 3 hours to tell me they have given me a full store credit! Incredibly impressed and highly recommend. Amazing quality
I ordered a Hawaiian T shirt for my son in another Ozzie state, and it was too large, so asked would they exchange it please, for a smaller size? This was done immediately with no questions. My son will now remember his great holiday in America in the correct size shirt.I'm so pleased and am still amazed I did not have to answer 10,000 questions.I can't wait to tell everyone of the great service. Went to order a design that Zazzle hosts on their site. Went through the effort to select size and everything. Ordered it and then zazzle immediately cancelled because the design is a copyrighted design. Okay great…. But why host it then!! Time wasters
Ordered a custom printed travel mug for a farewell party for our boss. Small issue with email confirming delivery but didn't arrive till 3 days later. However customer service was excellent, prompt with an apology and refund of shipping fee. Awesome product, love it.. well done Zazzle! From New Zealand
