I was initially offered £200 less than the original amount because the battery was below 85% capacity compared to a new one. I'm not sure what to expect from a three-year-old model. After rejecting the first offer, they increased it by £75, which I accepted. I probably could have received a better deal elsewhere, but I didn't want to go through the hassle again. It would have been better if they had started with a lower offer or clarified that the battery condition would impact the offer for an older phone. I did receive a small gesture from the company for my time in providing a constructive review, but it wasn't contingent on being positive.
