The delivery was really quick and the phone was very securely packaged. You wouldn't have known it was a 'renewed' phone as it looked like new.
Unfortunately, I didn't like the phone as it was too small for my big fingers, so I returned it. Grade was so good and refunded me in full, without any hassle. I can't fault their service at all. Excellent.

Got a price of £210 for my iPhone 14 Pro. Upon their review they told me the battery health was down to 85% and offered me a new price of £135. They do have a negotiation option where I settled on £175.
I did find it quite sneaky that £135 offer if I hadn't seen how to say what I wanted.
The process was mostly easy to navigate; however, I found the quote to be lower than anticipated, with no room for negotiation. I was sure my device was in excellent condition, yet problems were noted that weren't apparent visually. I believe this is unjust how it impacts the evaluation.
Initially valued my phone at £330, but I never received the box to send it. Then, the valuation dropped to £210, and after I filed a complaint, it was raised to £290. The phone was in excellent condition. I accepted the revised offer mainly because I work away and couldn’t risk the phone not being returned properly. However, once I accepted, the funds were in my account within 2 hours. I won’t use this service again.
I bought this as a gift for my wife, and when she received it, her happiness was evident. The item arrived in excellent condition, just as described, and seeing her joy truly made my day. It was a bit on the pricey side, but the quality was worth every penny. It was a wonderful birthday present, and I couldn't have expressed my feelings any better. I was initially offered £200 less than the original amount because the battery was below 85% capacity compared to a new one. I'm not sure what to expect from a three-year-old model. After rejecting the first offer, they increased it by £75, which I accepted. I probably could have received a better deal elsewhere, but I didn't want to go through the hassle again. It would have been better if they had started with a lower offer or clarified that the battery condition would impact the offer for an older phone. I did receive a small gesture from the company for my time in providing a constructive review, but it wasn't contingent on being positive.
I am expressing my frustration and disappointment regarding the treatment I received during my phone trade-in. I sent my nearly new device for trade-in, having received a quoted price. I shipped my phone on 29.12.25 and received an email confirming its arrival and that it was undergoing testing. However, I did not receive any further updates, so I followed up. On 05.01.26, I was informed that there was a delay due to system issues during the festive season, and they apologized. Two days later, on 07.01.26, I received another email stating that my phone was missing from the parcel, contradicting their initial confirmation of receipt. I lodged a complaint and provided Royal Mail receipts to prove the parcel's weight, indicating my phone was included. They responded with photos showing an empty box. It appears that someone may have taken my phone and acted unethically. There seems to be no way to file a complaint or contact them directly, leaving me uncertain about my next steps. I seek guidance on how to reach out to this company and how to file a complaint with the relevant authorities, as this treatment of customers is unacceptable.
I received the incorrect phone just before Christmas, which was a pricey gift. When I returned it, the representative was exceptional in assisting me to get the right phone, along with an upgrade. Both the representative and a colleague were top-notch in resolving my issue, and I highly recommend using the service, as I will definitely do so again!
