I bought a set of 5 gold light-up Christmas trees. I received 2 that were broken: one had a switch that was impossible to access, and another has faulty wiring that turns on and off randomly. Also, they are not gold; they look like cheap, ugly yellow plastic. I contacted customer support with photos and a video, and they offered a mere $4 refund (I paid $36). When I requested a full refund, they increased it to $8. They insisted I pay for shipping back to China, despite their own policy stating that customers shouldn’t pay for return shipping on damaged goods. They continued to ignore my return request for nearly two weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I should have checked the numerous negative reviews about their quality; there’s a reason we can’t leave feedback on their site. Lesson learned!
