I placed an order for a set of 5 illuminated holiday trees over a month ago, and the company charged my PayPal account an extra 10.85, raising the total to 47.02. What I received after waiting so long were 5 cheap trees that were highly misrepresented in the advertisement. Returning them would likely cost me more money. I strongly advise staying away from these scammers, as they frequently change their company names to mislead customers. Untrustworthy!

I bought a set of 5 gold light-up Christmas trees. I received 2 that were broken: one had a switch that was impossible to access, and another has faulty wiring that turns on and off randomly. Also, they are not gold; they look like cheap, ugly yellow plastic. I contacted customer support with photos and a video, and they offered a mere $4 refund (I paid $36). When I requested a full refund, they increased it to $8. They insisted I pay for shipping back to China, despite their own policy stating that customers shouldn’t pay for return shipping on damaged goods. They continued to ignore my return request for nearly two weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I should have checked the numerous negative reviews about their quality; there’s a reason we can’t leave feedback on their site. Lesson learned!
If zero stars were possible, I would select that! I bought a set of 5 'Mercury Glass Christmas Trees'. The picture looked stunning! What I received was subpar! Although they appeared to be different sizes, all 5 were just 5.5 inches tall and made of cheap plastic! The battery doors fell off on two of them. I spent $36.17 on these terrible trees. They also deducted an extra $10.85 from my account, which I caught just in time! They refuse to refund my money, and I feel foolish for trusting them with my order!
I wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase. It's an absolute scam. Do not buy from them. I received cheap items instead of large mercury glass Christmas trees; they were just 5-inch pieces of plastic. They wanted to refund me $7 out of the $41 spent, then insisted I return them to China instead of the California address on the box. I disputed the charge on my card and am throwing these in the trash. I'm so frustrated for trusting an unknown site. Buyer beware.
