If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been waiting for Christmas trees ordered in mid-October. They sent me a tracking number that shows they are still in China. I can’t believe I fell for this company again. If they claim to be U.S.-based, don’t trust it. Never buy from Facebook unless it’s from the marketplace. They don’t care about you; they just profit off unsuspecting customers, so you might as well prepare to lose your money.
