I would give a 0-Star rating if it were an option. Paid $32 for what was supposed to be a crystal mug, but received a small plastic one made in another country. I'm trying to get a refund, but only receiving automated replies that ask for the same information. Total disappointment, unless you enjoy dollar store mugs.
