Tried to purchase mineral cups that ended up being plastic resin with either dye or spray paint (depending on the cup selected).
Then tried to return the cups per their policy. They refused to accept them at their North American address, instead insisting that I send them to a Ms. Elena Qu in Guangdong province, China. The cost to ship would have been $150. They do this clearly to saddle the customer with despair in trying to resolve it. Just execute a chargeback with your credit card company, and they'll claw the money back for you... especially when you show them the pictures of what these Grafton folks put online vs the product you receive.
I felt embarrassed when my husband opened the mug I paid too much for. It looks absolutely nothing like the images online. After several emails, the company informed me that I could either pay for the costly return shipping to China or receive a 20% refund.
This company clearly misrepresents its services. They claim that orders are shipped from within the country and delivered in 21 days. However, I ordered an advent calendar on 11/19/2025 and didn't receive it until 12/28/2025! They respond within 24 hours but refuse to issue a refund. I requested my refund at least five times, but they denied it, insisting the package was on its way. This is a disappointing company. AVOID SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM.

This service employs false advertising tactics similar to many online clothing retailers that use stolen images. The quality of the items received is inferior to what you'd find from other budget retailers. This operation should be shut down!
I would give a 0-Star rating if it were an option. Paid $32 for what was supposed to be a crystal mug, but received a small plastic one made in another country. I'm trying to get a refund, but only receiving automated replies that ask for the same information. Total disappointment, unless you enjoy dollar store mugs.
