This company clearly misrepresents its services. They claim that orders are shipped from within the country and delivered in 21 days. However, I ordered an advent calendar on 11/19/2025 and didn't receive it until 12/28/2025! They respond within 24 hours but refuse to issue a refund. I requested my refund at least five times, but they denied it, insisting the package was on its way. This is a disappointing company. AVOID SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM.
