I ordered a decorative lantern well in advance for a friend's birthday. Initially pleased with the product's quality and design, I soon noticed a crack in one of the ears. I emailed the company to report the issue, and a replacement arrived the next day. I was impressed with their quick response! Unfortunately, the second lantern also had a cracked ear. I contacted them again about a potential faulty batch and was promised another replacement. It arrived just before my friend's birthday, but once again, it had damaged ears! Frustrated, I requested a full refund, which was processed promptly. I also asked for management to be informed about the subpar product. Now, I still need a gift for my friend and feel disheartened by the whole situation. I’m left with a collection of broken lanterns on my counter. Such a letdown from a company I once respected.
