Unfortunately, my order got lost during shipping. Tracking showed it at its last distribution center, but the item hadn't moved in weeks. Customer service was very helpful in contacting the seller, though I found it odd that I couldn't reach out directly. Nonetheless, a refund was issued to address the lost order.
