I never had any open disputes or complaints from buyers, and my feedback was always positive.One possible reason might be that I bought a second-hand phone from a friend, and maybe this device was previously linked to another Grailed account that had issues. I only use my own account and have always followed the rules.Could someone from the Grailed team please check this situation?
