I have been trying to cancel my contract with Grain Connect Broadband for over 10 days and the process has been extremely frustrating. I recently moved house to an address where they do not even provide service, yet they are still making the cancellation difficult.
They asked me to send proof of my new address, which I have done multiple times, but they keep rejecting the documents without giving a clear explanation of what is wrong with them. Every time I send the proof, it gets declined again, causing unnecessary delays.
This should be a simple process, especially when the company does not provide service at my new address. Instead, the customer service has been unhelpful and frustrating. Very disappointing experience.
