Ordered a table and benches. Benches were missing parts. 6 weeks later and still haven’t received correct parts. Won’t respond to my email about a refund either. Wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. Their story and marketing all seems good but it’s not. Our bank is going to refund the money! Ha we win, Wood Grain, not you fraudulent people. People here talk about the owner being a bad person and the customer service being horrible. You can’t call them and we haven’t heard from customer service via email. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company. Usually the customer is right and problems are remedied. This is why everyone buys from Amazon. Got some beautiful chairs from Amazon and will continue to buy furniture there instead. So long, Wood Grain. You’ll be bankrupt in no time because people find out.
