Received defective product that wasn't known until after assembly, there was no way to foresee these issues before assembly, and conveniently for them they don't offer refunds after assembly. Wonder why (sarcasm). Not an ethical company in reality. Terrible customer service, F rating on BBB. Wasted of hundreds of dollars on bad products. "Cheap" for a reason. Just avoid.
