I first contacted the service on 25 November 2025 with a basic inquiry and asked how long they would take to prepare an order. They informed me it would be 12 days. I made my payment on 28 November 2025 and received a confirmation message. After waiting for 12 days, I reached out for an update, only to be told they needed more time. I followed up again after 5 days with no response, and after another 2 days, still nothing. Frustrated, I enrolled in a transparency application, and on 23 December 2025, they claimed they needed an additional 2 business days. Three days later, I received an email with box dimensions. When I tried to create a shipment, the platform required a transparency code, which I requested via email. Again, there was no reply. I realized they didn't have the code, so I emailed them asking for a refund, offering to accept a 25% charge while requesting 75% back. They still haven't responded. I'm writing this review as I seek my refund and will continue to do so daily. I have both unpaid and paid invoices that were sent after payment. Thanks.
