I first contacted the service on 25 November 2025 with a basic inquiry and asked how long they would take to prepare an order. They informed me it would be 12 days. I made my payment on 28 November 2025 and received a confirmation message. After waiting for 12 days, I reached out for an update, only to be told they needed more time. I followed up again after 5 days with no response, and after another 2 days, still nothing. Frustrated, I enrolled in a transparency application, and on 23 December 2025, they claimed they needed an additional 2 business days. Three days later, I received an email with box dimensions. When I tried to create a shipment, the platform required a transparency code, which I requested via email. Again, there was no reply. I realized they didn't have the code, so I emailed them asking for a refund, offering to accept a 25% charge while requesting 75% back. They still haven't responded. I'm writing this review as I seek my refund and will continue to do so daily. I have both unpaid and paid invoices that were sent after payment. Thanks.
I am still waiting for the reply of requested documents. I need to reactivate my account in Amazon due to your product Authenticity issue. its been more then 3 months my business is stopped because of your product and incomplete documents. please assist me with the LOA so that to provide it to Amazon for verification and account activation
Grand distribution LLC web and elite distributor it,s website change but owner is one.Grand distribution LLC is giving to me counterfeit product Amazon ask me invoice grand distributor.i uploaded it but Amazon again again say me incorrect because invoice only show title no Asin and title is very different the Amazon listing product.Amazon said show me the Authenticity of this product I sent him many emails but he didn't respond.I told him that if you can't give the LOA or any Authentic Dacoment.If this is not possible only sent to me Authenticity email for example.this is 100%Original product any that.And change the paid invoice title and add Asin.But they doesn't,giving to me any answer.Scam scam scam
They are scammers. I made my first purchase to sell on Amazon and my account only lasted 3 days due to Section 3. I lost everything. They sold me non-counterfeit products. They didn't help me with anything to solve the problem and they never answered my letters again. trust me guys Don't buy from this distributor, you will lose everything.

Transparency, reliability, and customer support are key in this business, and they have failed in all three areas.
