I’d give a zero if it was an option but it’s not. I bought a new player package and it had a minimum amount of play through required to be eligible to redeem. I played through at least a dozen times and it still said it wasn’t eligible. I sent several messages to customer service and was replied to maybe one out of every 5 and when they did it wasn’t helpful at all. Their customer service is a joke. At one point they said buy another package and then my card would be on file and it would be eligible to redeem. Of course this didn’t help and still no help or response from customer service. Eventually I got fed up and started making large bets to see if it would change what was “redeemable”. It did not and I lost all of my winnings. This company is a joke and should either give me the winnings I earned or at least refund what I initially bought in at and we can go our separate ways!
