Couldn't rate a zero. It's been 4 months, they still haven't payed out my first redemption request of $600. Out of the 6k they owe me!!!!!!!!!!! First tried to pretend they had paid to my card and I input my info wrong, which is impossible due to the fact that it directly links through your bank account via a third party payment provider. One I've never had an issue with the multitude of times I've made purchases/Withdrawn using them on other sites. Then they cleared my balance to 0. Only to add $10 after while I was logged in watching them fool with my balance. I've got screenshots of my gameplay history and transactions. My balance went from a little over 6k to 0 and I never had a successful withdraw, and the last play I made after I had gotten my balance to its peak, was for $2.50. they've never replied here and I can't get support to answer an email. Whoever operates this site is scum of the earth. I'm a father of three, I've got a kindergartener and an 11 year old. My two little girls could have a lot of cool experiences and school clothes for $6,000. My wife and I work, so my children don't go without. The fact of the matter is I spent my hard earned money at this cracker jack establishment in hopes of stretching my wages out some. I live and work on the Georgia Florida line installing and servicing Hv/AC systems and Many other home repair and remodeling. I work very hard in rough conditions for my pay. That being the case, I don't take being stolen from, lied to, and having my intelligence insulted lightly. These miserable jerks first said they denied my withdrawal because they couldn't pay out to cards. I linked my bank and submitted another request. Now the systems having issues. After a week of "technical difficulties" and non responsive support, I get an email back. Now they say they sent the payment to my card and I put my information in wrong. I informed them that was impossible because it linked directly to the card through a third party who verified it. To prove my point I said "If I put in my info wrong I'll take that $600 loss. Could you give me a transaction receipt?" No response. I wish I knew an attorney who could assist me in the matter. I tracked down the NONPROFIT organization they're funneling all of the money into and even called the individual listed as the owner. I won't list the name here but I've still got the info to the Texas address and such. Screenshots and downloads of my gameplay and transactions. Anyway i say all this in hopes someone in connection with the casino will see, I doubt anyone read through this whole scatter brained Novel I've written though. Avoid this site to other gamblers.
