I'm pretty sure the people on here are saying that everything is clean and smooth and all that are probably working for the company. Because myself and quite a few others are having the same exact issue where our money has been sitting there pending and redemption for over a month now and all you get is vague. Stupid responses from this place and you never get a real answer from anybody. They just keep saying they've escalated the issue. That's all they ever say. Then they tried telling me that. Oh maybe it's cuz I have a whole bunch of coins on my account which I have zero coins on and a pending redemption I mean if that was going to be the issue for not giving you your money. Then why do you allow a redeemable amount of money? So if we're not able to redeem any kind of money we shouldn't have the option to do so. But apparently they don't give a shit cuz they don't ever do anything to fix it. They just keep doing the same thing and it takes over a week to 3 weeks sometimes for them to even send a response to you. This place is a joke and they're a scam and they're definitely ripping people off
