I was going to give them a 5 star, my first redemption of $100 came withim 48 hours. But its wasn't, until it came to my second redemption. They keep telling me to update my address when its clearly updated. Like how are you going to pay me the first time and tell me everything is all good and then not the secone time. Even sent them in several POA. Customer support hasn't replied in days. It's been a week now since redemption. Only $70. What can they not afford it? Im seriously sick over this. Pay me my winnings 👿
