My redemption has been pending for going on 3 weeks now. Customer service constantly giving me run around with the last reason being that my “details” aren’t updated on their portal when they clearly are. I won fair & square AFTER making a purchase, just seems like they don’t want to pay me out. They’ve lost a customer for good after this headache.
