Is it possible to give zero stars? The instructions for accessing the unit were absurdly complicated, filled with unnecessary details. I made my payment on the day of booking but received no communication on how to enter the unit. After reaching out the day before my trip, I was told I needed to make a payment, despite having already done so! Ten minutes later, I got a vague response with access instructions that felt like I was preparing for surgery! To top it off, I received the entry codes just 2 hours before check-in. The air conditioning was poorly designed, and the TV had a ridiculous two-remote setup that didn’t work. I reported these issues twice, but no action was taken. This organization is utterly disappointing; I urge other property owners to reconsider using their services!
