When I reached out the day before my arrival, they claimed I needed to make another payment, even though I had already done so! After 10 minutes, I received a vague response with access details. It felt like I was preparing for a complex procedure! The entry codes arrived just 2 hours before check-in. Moreover, the air conditioning was poorly managed, and the TV setup was frustrating due to two remotes that didn’t work. I reported these issues twice, but nothing was resolved. This organization is disappointing; I urge others to reconsider using their services!

I rented a villa in Davenport through a platform, but later received an email stating the booking was managed by another company. The villa was in terrible condition: dirty linens, holes in the table, filthy carpets, and no sunbeds as advertised. I was also given the wrong gate code and found the outdoor furniture in disrepair, with an unclean pool and overflowing trash bins. To make matters worse, the house alarm went off on the third night, disrupting our sleep. Although I was promised repairs, they never came. After numerous emails, they eventually offered to cover our hotel stay due to the alarm disturbances, but the technician who came couldn't fix it due to a missing battery. The alarm remained unfixed during our stay, and my complaints went unaddressed. Upon returning home, I found they had no record of my booking. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I booked a property and purchased travel insurance as recommended. Two months later, I received a call saying the property was no longer available, with no explanation given. I lost money on the insurance premium, and they offered no compensation. Luckily, I found another hotel, but if a property becomes unavailable close to travel dates, the loss could be even greater. I've never dealt with such irresponsible business practices before.
We had an amazing stay at our property in Hurricane, UT. The space was perfect for our group and impeccably clean upon arrival. The property was well-stocked, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to attractions yet peaceful. Our stay was issue-free, and we were impressed with the attention to detail and comfort. I would definitely stay at another property managed by this company in the future and highly recommend it!
As an owner, I tried their services for a couple of months. When I realized how much money I was losing, I decided to part ways. They then charged me excessive termination fees—thousands of dollars. I found their professionalism lacking. I advise other owners to seek better options; there are plenty available. I would never rent from this company again! I reserved a condo in Maui for my daughter's wedding gift and paid a 50% deposit. While traveling in Europe, I received an email stating that my reservation was canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance. No calls or voicemails followed. I called multiple times from Europe to get my deposit back, but they claimed they didn't have my home address, despite it being on the rental agreement. I was told the refund would be mailed, but after 11 days of calling and no action taken, I am still awaiting my money. This company has left me and many others stranded without any support. I will never book through them again!
We arranged to rent a property through this company, only to find it dirty and in disrepair upon arrival. The worst was discovering a clogged toilet filled with feces. There was food on the floor, dirty dishes, broken blinds, and inadequate lighting in the unit. After notifying the management about these issues and providing photos, they dismissed us, claiming there were no problems. They refused to send a plumber, insisting everything was fine without any inspection. Frustrated, we checked out early and requested a refund, but they attempted to charge us for the entire stay. Do not rent from this company; they are not trustworthy!
