I wish I could rate this lower! The instructions for accessing the unit were overly complicated. I paid on the day of booking but received no guidance on entering the unit. When I reached out the day before my arrival, they claimed I needed to make another payment, even though I had already done so! After 10 minutes, I received a vague response with access details. It felt like I was preparing for a complex procedure! The entry codes arrived just 2 hours before check-in. Moreover, the air conditioning was poorly managed, and the TV setup was frustrating due to two remotes that didn’t work. I reported these issues twice, but nothing was resolved. This organization is disappointing; I urge others to reconsider using their services!
