I picked up my Bailey Endeavour B63 this week and wanted to say thank you for such a smooth and positive experience. From the very beginning at the NEC in Birmingham, Dean was fantastic — he showed me around the van, made me feel completely welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled brilliantly right through to collection.The handover in Retford was excellent. Gary took the time to explain everything I needed to know clearly and thoroughly, fixed a couple of bits of trim that had come loose, and was polite, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The whole process felt relaxed and well organised.When I arrived with my mum and her friend, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — and even our dogs, Luna and Daisy, were given VIP treatment, which really meant a lot. It was a genuine pleasure to visit.I’m absolutely delighted with the van and feel confident that any small initial snags would be dealt with quickly if needed. Even though it’s quite a long drive for me, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. A brilliant experience from start to finish.
