Finally picked up our new 650L, having seen the same model at the NEC and paid deposit there and then, also the demonstrator and our actual van (then put in storage until our Motorhome sold) we were shocked to see the Air Con unit had either been removed or it was a different van. Looks like solicitors or small claims court as we have proof it was there.Didn’t get intro videos, found staff especially one, quite insolent.
