Ordered over £120 worth of items before xmas and there was an extended delay of around 4 weeks without any notification until we chased. We were told all items was dispatched and on its way via Evri and then 2 days later contacted to say one of the items was out of stock and asking if we still wanted them to ship order without it!!! I asked them to send the remaining order and refund me for the missing item. We have since received the remaining items but still waiting for refund. Customer responses to emails lack any sort of customer service training
