I like to support small businesses, how ever on this occasion I have been let down, it’s taken me time and serious thinking to write this here. Grass-field has failed in all on their website, failed to deliver. I ordered my items in November, paid. I was informed delivery on delivery, until 18th December 2025, hoping to get my purchase for Christmas, never happened. I am still waiting, I made two orders and still not received not even one . I am mortified and never experienced such company. Lady who calls herself Sandra does minimum communication via email, no follow ups to reassure customers, their frequent message is “THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE WITH US” This is enough!!!! Definitely will be reporting this to consumers right and trading standard if I don’t receive my items in 7 days or REFUND!! Never again. They should not be still promoting and advertising if they cannot for fill orders. SHAME !!
