more and more catastrophic, one more customer definitely lost. as the other comments say the grass fields service is deplorable. always proud to talk about the brand but the more time passes the more the disappointment is felt. already on my orders of the last 3 years everything took a very long time to arrive, you pay for a service with delivery costs of almost 30 euros, and you receive your items 2 months later?? what can take so long apart from negligence? but the icing on the cake I placed an order on December 4, 2024, with 4 items, very happy! then I receive an email during the day "sending of your package made" I tell myself that for once the delivery in 4/5 days will perhaps finally be done! then 3 weeks pass and nothing more, I decide to send an email, and their response is "we no longer have 2 items it is impossible to place this order, possibility of exchange or refund". So really surprised and shocked because when I bought it obviously everything was in stock, (why sell non-existent products?). So I answer that I want the sending of existing products, the reimbursement of shipping costs that were not respected, and the exchange of my 2 outfits not supported. Obviously no more response despite 10 messages on Instagram and by email. No confidence in this brand, very disappointed. Indeed on the other hand to promote their brand there is no problem, dozens of posts every day on their social networks but 0 real interaction with their customers.
