Bought the Mystery Bag from Grass Fields for £39.99 - Size UK12. I receive the items about 2 weeks later. 7 Pieces of Clothing, all a Size U.K8. I email Grass Fields to let them know of the issue and to ask them so send me the correct Mystery Bag with the Correct Size Clothes I ordered plus a Return postage label for the clothes they sent me. They reply me letting me know that they won't be sending me another Mystery Bag in the Size that I ordered as they are no longer selling the Mystery Bag - Which by the way is still on sale in their Website and they never mention anything about a Return Label. I email them yet again regarding the Return Label and in True Grass Fields Style, they have stopped replying to my emails. Grass Fields takes their customers for granted and their Customer Service is truly the worst.
