So, I placed an order back in June 2024 for two items. Was so looking forward to receiving the clothing but it became very clear after a couple of weeks that I wasn’t going to receive anything. After sending numerous emails and messages via their Instagram page, I heard nothing. Then a few email replies , offering apologies and promising delivery. Again this came to nothing. More emails and messages went un answered. Total blackout! This went on for a good few months, empty promises from them. It then became clear that other people were having the same issues. Money paid and no goods received. Grass Fields are very good at promoting their page but have the worst customer service possible .I have emails and messages from them saying they had dispatched my order when in truth they had no intention. Yet again more lies. They have my money and wont refund it. Leaving me no choice but to log a dispute with my credit card over this. They then had the audacity to challenge my dispute. We are now nearly in December, 6 months later , they have had my money since June, told lies and deleted all previous comments from other customers in the same situation, so to relaunch their brand. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM. I wanted to support a Black British fashion brand but in truth Grass Fields have failed to impress. They are more interested in their branding and social media presence than looking after their customers. All negative comment's have been deleted and you cant tag them in comments! What does that tell you!? I have kept all correspondences/screenshots as proof of their lies. Im still waiting for my money back….
