I suffer from chronic migraines and have been noticing an increasing intolerance of wine. I was excited to try Gratsi because of their claims to be “cleaner” and lower in sugar. We’ve tried all 4 varieties and enjoy them all. These are well-balanced and smooth wines. And most importantly, I’m enjoying them headache free! The only negative is the last order took about 5 weeks to receive. When we reached out to customer service regarding the delay, we were told it was due to temporarily running out of stock, combined with weather and US Customs issues. While we understand things happen, we were disappointed that we had to initiate contact with customer service, twice. And while customer service was quick to respond and friendly both times, it would have been nice for Gratsi to proactively let us know about the delay. At least for us, that would go a long way in overall satisfaction with our experience.
