Thank you for your prompt reply. I was home the other time and had the gate at the end of the driveway open. I can’t hear if they don’t honk the horn. The driver can leave my order just beyond the gate and it will be fine. It says I have to sign for it but if the driver doesn’t alert me I won’t know they are here. Is it possible for you to instruct the driver to leave it just beyond the gate behind the trash can and I will get it?
Gratsi is the best! Their wine is so good & customer service is quick, kind, & efficient. The white wine is my favorite but I also enjoy the red & rose. My husband has never been a wine drinker but found himself loving the red. I normally hate rose but actually really like their rose. Since discovering Gratsi’s wine I can’t drink other wines because they now taste so sugary. I’d recommend this wine to everyone.
Never heard from Gratsi customer service explaining that their supply was backordered. We never received our purchase, so WE contacted them. "Oh we're sorry" was their lame response. Terrible communication, with NO customer service! Although we like their wine, we won't do business with a company that doesn't take care of their customers.
Shopping is a breeze, the wine is fantastic, offering a refreshing and clean taste. I appreciate the boxes, which are convenient for carrying to camping trips without the risk of glass breaking. The quick delivery is a plus, often arriving much sooner than anticipated. I also enjoy the surprise that comes with the purchase. Most importantly, I love the convenience of having wine readily available without the need to visit a store.
