Avoid making purchases through the platform using PayPal. They do not cancel the PayPal invoice when you cancel your service. I was charged $50 despite cancelling, and the support team simply said, "Sorry, you're out of luck, we can't refund or dispute this, so your best bet is to go through PayPal for a refund." They contested the PayPal claim vigorously, despite my documentation of the agent's statements and proof of the technical problem. It's frustrating dealing with such a greedy company, although the support representatives are decent and the servers are generally affordable. I just wish they weren't so focused on money.
