The service was extremely disappointing. Right after purchase, I ran into server issues and couldn’t use any of the features. On top of that, you have to pay extra for even the most basic modpack installers. I requested a refund within an hour, but they said the maximum they could offer was 80%, despite the fact that I hadn’t been able to use anything.

Support was slow to respond and, instead of providing assistance, repeatedly sent irrelevant emojis rather than resolving the issue.

Gravel host isn’t the best but isn’t the worst, it’s cheap and easy to use, it’s a ass to login but the team helps you like they did me 1 point off bc I almost broke my monitor (ps:I have anger issues) very amazing team member named ghTASH he helped me very easily id say if you need a cheap hosting use these guys .

Extremely disappointing support experience.

The service was incredibly disappointing. The support provided was almost comical. An agent insisted that a recurring crashing problem on a server was due to the game itself and beyond their control. Yet, how do other hosting services handle it without issues? It's truly absurd.

Support agents are kind and responsive, but refunds are impossible

The support agents are indeed helpful, responsive, and friendly; however, they will not refund your money under any circumstances, even in cases of technical issues. Avoid making purchases through the platform using PayPal. They do not cancel the PayPal invoice when you cancel your service. I was charged $50 despite cancelling, and the support team simply said, "Sorry, you're out of luck, we can't refund or dispute this, so your best bet is to go through PayPal for a refund." They contested the PayPal claim vigorously, despite my documentation of the agent's statements and proof of the technical problem. It's frustrating dealing with such a greedy company, although the support representatives are decent and the servers are generally affordable. I just wish they weren't so focused on money.
