Gravitas had one month to finalise my contract and get it to me before starting. However it took them two months, resulting in my first invoice being cleared over a month late. (I know, I shouldn't have started the contract without one.)The recruiter never checked in during the whole contract. (I know this isn't a 'requirement' of a contract recruiter, but I think it says a lot about the company culture).The timesheet system is dreadful.Gave two weeks' notice that I would be extending the contract. Five weeks later I still do not have an updated contract or the ability to enter timesheets on the portal.My emails continuously go ignored. Gravitas only communicates with me when they want something.The end client has also continuously complained about the poor communication, terrible systems and lack of professionalism shown by Gravitas.
