I have seen no evidence that the company verified the client's fair conduct prior to contract termination. The statements made by a senior representative during mediation seemed biased, and the contract terms were misleading. I advise against signing contracts that do not explicitly require good faith from clients. My experience has led to serious financial harm, and I am still pursuing compensation.
