On Tuesday afternoon, I attended the climbing area with my daughter for the 14:45 session. I was asked to complete a waiver form at check-in, and while staff were initially helpful, the experience soon became uncomfortable. There was an unpleasant smell at the booth, and the digital waiver took around 10 minutes to load. When I pointed out issues, one team member took my phone multiple times without consent. I was told to add my 'son' as a minor, despite her clearly feminine name and appearance. Staff repeatedly referred to her as my son, which was frustrating and disrespectful. My daughter, who is sensitive, felt uncomfortable and rushed through the activity. We left after about 20 minutes. While some staff were excellent, others displayed poor listening and dismissive behavior. I overheard gossip among staff about the incident, which added to the discomfort. This situation had a negative emotional impact on both of us and led to a loss of confidence in the staff's professionalism.
