Decent Equipment, But Customer Service and Delivery Fall Short

The training equipment offered is decent, but the customer service and delivery process resemble an intricate obstacle course that customers must navigate alone. I placed an order for £180 worth of equipment as a Christmas gift for my son. The first parcel was reportedly "accepted on delivery," which was surprising since no one was home, and it was left on the front step like a hidden gym-themed surprise. The second parcel took a more complicated route. During the second delivery attempt, it was supposed to be sent to a local shop, yet the address was somehow incomplete on the delivery service's own website. A truly remarkable oversight in logistics. After a third attempt, we finally received the Christmas gift in mid-January, just in time to celebrate… nothing at all. The customer service team concluded the experience with a sympathetic, yet unhelpful, "Sorry for the inconvenience." No solutions provided, no accountability taken, just empty sentiments. To be clear: the products themselves are satisfactory. However, purchasing them feels like a test of patience and resilience, where you repeatedly explain the same issue to representatives who don’t seem to read prior communications. Clearly, I won’t be purchasing again — nor would I recommend this company to anyone who values reliable delivery, effective support, or timely holiday gifts.
