If I could give no stars, I would. Do not purchase from them! I ordered an item on December 3rd and have never received it. It’s been almost two months. I contacted them just before Christmas to cancel my order since it hadn’t arrived, but they wouldn’t cancel it because it was “in process.” I’ve continued emailing them, and they just say they’ll review it and thank me for my patience. At this point, I would even take the item if they would send it. I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back.
